Felix Attack TradeTheNews

Scam Case

Sometimes your whole opinion of a company changes when you actually use their support. Since I was paying a service for news trading, I decided to downgrade my TradeTheNews to just the text service, which is significantly cheaper than the text and audio. Simple enough I thought. I called customer service. I told the rep that I wanted to downgrade to just the text, hoping that would be a one minute thing and that would be it. She started saying, "Don't you need the audio?", etc over and over. She was way up in my business. I had to repeatedly say that I wanted to downgrade to text only. She was basically scolding me for downgrading. Then she said that my sales rep wasn't in and she'd let her know and she'd contact me. I told her, "I don't need to speak to a SALES REP, I want YOU to downgrade my service." Apparently, only this ONE person in the whole freakin' company is allowed to change my service plan. I told her I just wanted it downgraded now, and didn't need to waste my time talking to some sales rep." Of course this went nowhere. My 10 minute call to customer support to simply change my service plan, got absolutely nothing accomplished except notifying my sales rep that to contact me whenever they return. That's no way to run customer service. I felt like I was purchasing from an infomercial company
